3. User Responsibilities
Strobe Feature Usage
You acknowledge that the strobe feature can trigger seizures in people with photosensitive epilepsy. By using this feature, you confirm that you and anyone nearby do not have a history of epilepsy or light sensitivity. You accept full responsibility for any consequences of using this feature.
SOS Signal Usage
The SOS signal feature is intended for emergency use only. Misuse of emergency signals may be illegal in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for using this feature appropriately and in compliance with local laws.
Legal Compliance
You agree to use our service only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to laws regarding light signals, emergency signals, and public safety.

5. Health and Safety Warnings
⚠️ Photosensitive Seizure Warning
A very small percentage of people may experience seizures when exposed to certain light patterns or flashing lights. Exposure to certain patterns or backgrounds on a screen may induce an epileptic seizure in these individuals.
Certain conditions may induce previously undetected epileptic symptoms even in persons who have no history of prior seizures or epilepsy. If you, or anyone in your family, have an epileptic condition, consult your physician prior to using the strobe feature.
Immediately discontinue use and consult a physician if you experience any of the following symptoms: dizziness, altered vision, eye or muscle twitches, loss of awareness, disorientation, any involuntary movement, or convulsions.
